Badminton - Woburn Sands
Woburn Sands Social Badminton is a friendly group who get together every Wed evening (7pm-9pm) at the sports hall on Summerlin Drive, Woburn Sands . If you are interested in joining then please get in touch, we have room for more players. The cost is £6.25 (bank transfer) on the Wed you attend - so no monthly subscription, its totally flexible and pay as you play. All you need is yourself and a racquet. No Strings Badminton
No Strings Develop is a dedicated course for beginners who are new to badminton to develop their skills under the No Strings framework. The 8-week course is delivered by a Badminton England endorsed coach who will cover all the essential skills required to play the game including, grips, movement, serving, backhand and forehand play.
